The exclusive drawstring loops on these Biohazard bins and bags create an instant-cinch closure for waste materials while also forming sturdy handles for easy removal. These loops allow proper venting during sterilization and give users a safer, more controlled way to remove bags from a hot autoclave. MTC manufactures these Bags from durable 2.25 mil HDPE, making them suitable for autoclaving in 121°C cycles.
MTC prints each Bag with clear identifying markers, including large biohazard symbols and temperature limit warnings. The design also incorporates a generous marking area for labeling and a sterilization patch that changes color after autoclaving, helping users quickly confirm proper processing.
MTC designs Bags to fit their corresponding biohazard bins precisely. The hands-free lid enables quick, touchless disposal with a simple press of the foot pedal, improving both safety and cleanliness. The flexible 12-gallon bags pair with the small A8000B and medium A8006B bins, while the larger A8002B XL bin accommodates the new 30-gallon BowTie™ Bags perfectly.
Biohazard Bench Bins
This bin gives every researcher a convenient, personal waste container right at the workspace. Use it with autoclave bags to safely contain biological waste for later processing, or skip the bag and use the bin to collect non-hazardous materials. The removable red cover lifts easily from the inner basin, allowing quick and efficient emptying.
This bin handles everyday lab waste like pipette tips, microcentrifuge tubes, and gloves with ease. The push-to-open, spring-loaded lid keeps contents covered, helping you maintain a clean, organized bench while allowing quick, one-handed access.
The bin fits standard 8.5 × 11 inch autoclave bags, while the 3L bin accommodates larger 10 × 12.5 inch bags, giving users flexible options based on their workflow.
